    Immediate opening for an, Administrative Assistant (AA) in our Idaho Falls office. We are seeking a highly organized individual with the ability to multi-task. A qualified individual will have minimum of 2-3 years general office experience, be a self-starter, proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office, and able to provide excellent customer service. The AA must be able to manipulate lengthy documents, edit, and proofread professional reports, and the ability to work in a team environment with speed and efficiency.

    Critical position responsibilities will include client/project coordination and assistance. This position implements systems to ensure quality reporting and timely distribution. The AA is familiar with and prepares field inspection, laboratory testing, special inspection, engineering, and other related reports.

    Providing clients, employees with a professional appearance in face-to-face, as well as phone interaction is of the utmost importance in a professional atmosphere. We place a high priority on quality organization, deliverables, phone etiquette, computer file management, and many other aspects of general office procedures.

    The AA may assist with proposal generation and prepare statements of qualifications (SOQ's) which are extremely important in securing work for the office and the corporation. STRATA uses various media including PowerPoint to advance our marketing presentations. Imagination, creativity, and computer skills are important assets required in this position.
