Fremont County Sheriff’s Office and Detention Facility

We understand that a new Fremont County Sheriff’s Office and Detention Facility Expansion is planned for St. Anthony, Idaho. The proposed development will be located adjacent to the existing sheriff’s office and courthouse and include a multi-story, load-bearing masonry building, approximately 12,000 square-feet. The second-floor portion, smaller in plan relative to the first floor, will connect to the existing courthouse. The new structure will not include a below-grade basement. Therefore, we do not anticipate the need for infiltration testing for stormwater retention onsite.

GEOTECHNICAL STRATA conducted field exploration and laboratory testing. With the findings from the field exploration and laboratory testing, STRATA provided a report with the engineering analysis, evaluation, site surface, subsurface drainage recommendations, and pavement design recommendations.
