The Project Pearl development is a new concrete tilt-up warehouse building with offices. The building footprint encompasses approximately 1,080,00 square feet of area and also has an elevated mezzanine within the building footprint. The building components consist of Portland cement concrete (PCC) perimeter footings, interior pad footings, slab-on-grade, tilt-up wall panels, and an elevated mezzanine deck, with structural steel support frames, columns, bracing, and roof components. The development also has planned parking lots comprised of Asphaltic Concrete (AC) paving and PCC paving. The exterior will also include exterior concrete flat-work, hardscape, a stormwater retention basin, a primary guardhouse building, a fire tank and pump-house building, and multiple right-of-way access points.
