The Hospitality Center

The Hospitality Center consists of three connected structures, the Ronald McDonald House Wing, the entry foyer, and the Walden Wing. The Ronald McDonald Wing is a one-story approximate 4,000 square-feet structure. The entry foyer area connects the Ronald McDonald House Wing and the Walden Wing. Finally, the Walden Wing is a two-story approximate 5,000 square-foot structure.

GEOTECHNICAL STRATA performed a subsurface exploration and provided a geotechnical report summarizing our findings to assist project planning, design, and construction. STRATA’s report specifically supplied geotechnical opinions and recommendations for earthwork, shallow foundation design, concrete slab-on-grade floors, lateral earth pressures, asphalt pavement design, and stormwater disposal.

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES STRATA provided special inspection, construction materials, and laboratory testing services during construction. On-site observation, sampling, and testing were performed for earthwork, subgrade observations, reinforced concrete placements, drilled-in anchor installation, and hot mix asphalt placements.
