The Page Wastewater Treatment Facility involved upgrades to the existing facility. Improvements involved two new HDPE-lined wastewater treatment lagoons, wastewater clarifiers, paved and gravel access roads, a new grid removal building, and a new process building. The new lagoons’ retained water height is 12- to 14-feet and is located directly east of four existing lagoons.
GEOTECHNICAL To assist ongoing planning and design of the upgrades, STRATA provided geotechnical engineering services in several phases. Our deliverables consisted of memorandums to provide the project team a progress summary and preliminary recommendations, lagoon embankment stability evaluation, confirming exploration investigation summarizing additional subsurface exploration, and a settlement monitoring summary.
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES STRATA field professionals and project engineers provided full-time and part-time on-site visual inspection, field observations, and documentation during the upgrades. STRATA provided daily field reports summarizing site activities, subgrade observations, and liner installation. Laboratory testing services completed our scope of services.
