STRATA understands the Treasure Valley Hospital Phase 3 Addition is planned in the north and east portions of the existing hospital complex. The site of the northern 3,330 square-foot addition is currently a concrete patio area. The site of the eastern 666 square-foot addition is currently developed with a sidewalk and pavement. The additions will be one to two stories, with wood-framing or masonry construction with column loads up to 150 kips supported by shallow foundations and concrete slab-on-grade floors. We understand no below-grade levels or retaining walls are planned for this development.
GEOTECHNICAL STRATA provided a geotechnical engineering report reviewing the findings from the exploratory borings and additional recommendations.
